Who is GimmePuffin for?

Independent golf instructors who run their own lesson business: private lessons, packages, clinics and camps. It gives you a booking page, card payments and a student portal in one place.

It's free to start. Pro is $34 a month and Team is $59 a month with three coach seats included. The per-booking fee is 3% on Free, 1.5% on Pro and 0.75% on Team, and Stripe's standard card processing fees apply separately.

Do I need a Stripe account?

You create one inside GimmePuffin. Setup walks you through a short Stripe form with your bank and identity details. Stripe handles card data and pays you out directly.

What happens with cancellations and no-shows?

On Pro you set a notice window and a refund percentage. Students see it before they pay for a lesson and again when they cancel or reschedule, and the refund is worked out for them. Without a policy, students can cancel any time before the lesson for a full refund. If a student doesn't show up, you can mark a no-show and the payment or package credit stays with you.

Can I bring my existing students?

Yes. Add them one at a time, or import a CSV on Pro. Students you add are emailed, and they sign in to their portal with a one-time code, no password needed.

How is it different from Calendly or Acuity?

General schedulers book appointments. GimmePuffin is built around how golf instruction is sold: lesson packages with credits, deposits with automatic balance charges, clinics with capacity limits, monthly retainers and a student portal.

Is there an app to download?

No. GimmePuffin runs in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer.
